In 2018, the first edition of the EOTO Literary and Cultural Festival AFROLUTION - AFROTOPIAN IN [TER] VENTIONS with its more than eight hundred visitors on almost 4 days was a huge success. Therefore, we are particularly pleased to present the second edition of the EOTO Festival between June 13-16, 2019 : AFROLUTION 2019 - PANAFRICANISM REVIS [IT] ED is celebrating its 100th anniversary after the Pan-African Congress Pan-Africanism into the 21st Century: A Cooperation with the Nigerian Aké Arts and Book Festival and great guests like Nnedi Okorafor, Felwine Sarr, Fred Moten, AP2P, d'bi.young, Sharon Otoo, Lola Shoneyin, Samia Nkrumah, Steve Mekoudja, George Adéagbo and many more.
