This is the second year of the Black Brilliance conference which focuses on issues which affect empowerment for youth, and especially for youth of African and Caribbean heritage. Last year was the first time ever that TDSB had a black student conference that was student run. The conference is led by the students, for the students, in order to promote empowerment and awareness from student experience and student voice perspectives.
