As a vital life substance, Water can teach us about ourselves and about our humanity: the water we drink, the water we bathe in, the water we use to cook and clean with. Come prepared to go on a personal journey of self-reflection, self-recovery through creative expression using the Anitafrika Method. Bring a notebook and a writing tool and dress comfortably.
